I started working out this year and I loved it. I joined 24 fitness in March and I saw a friend that I hadn't seen in 2 or 3 years. He is in incredible shape and I had never worked out before, so he kind of took me under his wing and helped me out a little bit. He was doing an intense 12 week program of weight lifting and cardio. In the program we do 2 sessions of 20 minute cardio and a weight lifting session. We also take alot of supplements to help burn fat because this program is for transforming your body. The program was incredible, I worked out with him for 12 weeks and I lost around 30 pounds. I was highly motivated the whole time and I would have to say it was one of my better achievements in life over the past few years.
I am kind of sad and a little less motivated these days because my friend moved to Germany last week. He is getting married in a few months and his fiance lives in Germany. I still go to the gym with my other friends and myself at times, but they are not as intense as him. I went today and had an okay workout. Did biceps and triceps tonight. I try to use music to help me focus these days because I love music and the right songs really get me pumped. I hope I can stay focused for myself, maybe create some goals and possibly reach them someday.
